Your menu. Every detail. Perfectly served.
A guest asks what is in a dish, or whether it is safe for their allergy. Your server asks The Pass and gets the answer in seconds, on their own phone, from your chef's own records.
Built by a working chef, in a working kitchen
Ask it like you'd ask the chef.
Typed or spoken, in plain words. The first words are the answer. Then the change that fixes it, if there is one, and every allergen in the dish.
Real answers from the same engine your servers would use, on the Marlow House sample menu.
One question. Four honest answers.
Tap an allergy and the whole menu marks itself. Nothing that needs checking ever looks like a yes.
- No gluten
It has none, as served. On the sample menu: Shrimp & Grits
- Gluten is removable
It comes out with a change, and the change is spelled out in your chef's own words. On the sample menu: Burrata with Peaches
- Chef must confirm
A shared fryer, a shared oven, or a dish nobody has checked yet. The server asks the kitchen before promising anything. On the sample menu: Crispy Artichokes

This is Marlow House, a sample menu built for this page. Tap one allergy or several. A dish takes the strictest answer.
These marks come from the same engine your servers would use. Tap a "removable" mark to see the chef's note.
Everything they get asked, answered on the spot.

It never guesses.
A wrong "no" can put something on a plate that hurts a guest. Every rule in The Pass leans the safe way.
Answers come from your chef's records
Allergen answers come only from the dishes your kitchen entered. The Pass never fills a gap with a guess.
Unchecked is never safe
A dish nobody has checked for an allergy says so, in amber, and never lands in a safe list.
Cross-contact is its own answer
A shared fryer is not a footnote. Swapping the crust does not clear a shared oven, and the answer says so.
Your chef signs every dish off
Change a dish and its sign-off lapses until someone looks again. Every edit is logged with a name and a date.
It keeps answering through an outage
If the database goes down, allergen answers come from the copy of the menu The Pass keeps on hand. If the AI service goes down, typed allergen questions still get answered, and anything it cannot read, it says so instead of guessing.
The same records, from the other side of the pass.
- Recipes with every amount, scaled to any batch in seconds.
- Prep lists that work the way your clipboard does.
- Cooks ask a question, and the answer reaches them on their phone.
- Rough food costing from your own yields and prices.

Let guests look for themselves.
A QR code on the table or the menu. Guests tap what they avoid and see which dishes work, which need a change, and which to ask about.
Your server is still the safety step. Every guest is told to mention their allergy before they order.

Live in days, not months.
Send your menu
A PDF, a photo of the printed menu, or a spreadsheet. We turn it into dishes your team can search.
Your chef checks every dish
Nothing reads as safe until someone has looked. The Pass keeps the list of what is left to check.
Open for service
Servers add it to their home screen. No app store, no hardware, and nothing needed from your IT.
